Learning Experience
Students learn through an engaging mix of lectures, lab work, field excursions, field camp, group projects, and independent study. With class sizes of about 20–30 students, learning feels personal and collaborative. Project‑based and case‑based learning push students to apply concepts to real geological problems, strengthening both analytical and critical thinking. Field activities and group assignments foster teamwork, while independent study encourages students to take ownership of their learning. Together, these experiences create a realistic and immersive environment where students develop the skills needed to understand Earth systems and solve complex geoscience challenges.
